Hoffman products are known for their exceptional value and consistent quality, making the company an industry leader in wood product manufacturing We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Supervisor for our Early Shift (3am) that is self-motivated, responsible and has great customer service skills to join our family. Job Description: The main object of this position is to organize, and load install and delivery truck. Locate cabinets and parts in a timely manner and keep Employee’s on track. Communicate with builders, Install and Service Department to make sure deliveries go smoothly. Responsibilities: - Make sure cabinets and parts are located and loaded in a timely manner. - Assign duties to Employee’s and make sure they stay on task. - Assure that the right cabinets, trim and parts are being loaded on correct Delivery and Install trucks. - Documenting any issues or damages and reporting them to the proper department. - Communicate with Service Writers about any missing, broken or cabinets that where not ready to be delivered. - - These will need to be relayed by email as soon as possible in order for service writer to have the information they will need. - Working with service department to help ensure their cabinets are delivered as needed. - Communicate with Builders and Install Department about issues at delivery or gaining access to deliver cabinets. - Loading and unloading cabinets if necessary. Skills: · Good manual dexterity · Good physical strength; ability to lift and hold 50 lbs. · Great attention to detail; Visualizes concepts effectively; Well organized Qualifications: · Previous cabinet experience required; construction experience an asset · Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check; US citizen or valid work visa;. · Available full time Monday-Friday, plus some weekends and required overtime. ________________________________________________________________________ Se esta contratando un Supervisor de Entregas para una empresa de Gabinetes.
