Pay is based on proven work experience.  Responsibilities: The skilled worker must have at least 5 years experience in multiple types of home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. Experience must include general construction skills, ability to organize projects from beginning to end, and effective positive communication with others. We are looking for individuals who can walk the walk and talk the talk! Some skills requested include: General carpentry: rough and finish Bathroom upgrades/remodel Kitchen refresh/remodel Painting interior and exterior Drywall repair/patching/caulking Minor plumbing and electrical knowledge Flooring repair and installation General home repairs and maintenance work Deck and fence construction Water mitigation Requirements: Current Driver’s License and auto Insurance Variety of own tools Reliable work vehicle Good References Experience in the remodeling and/or home repair trades (5 years min.) Smart phone and access to internet
