RV rental Technician

In this unique position, the RV Rental Technician will be responsible for general maintenance of a RV fleet of 32 rentals from Class C to Class A diesel motorhomes, and at the same time be able to perform customer service as the RV Rental Tech will perform a walk through of the motor home to customers who are renting them. The RV Rental Tech must have mechanical knowledge to perform oil changes, tire changes, replacing minor body parts (taillight lenses and bulbs, etc.). Must have working knowledge of how to operate the mechanicals inside the RV, including the TV/DVD players, A/C unit, generators, perform safety checks before sending out and more. Must be able to perform under pressure in the summer months when RVs are coming and going at a fast pace. Must show initiative to get rental units in top shape during the winter months. The RV Rental Tech must be organized and clean and have excellent communication skills. Technician will work closely with the Office manager, Service manager and Parts manager as well as being the go-to person for renters who are on the road and may be experiencing technical problems. This position is Monday- Friday from 8a.m.-5 p.m.
