Hello I have a couple of projects I need to complete. Landscaping Job 1: Back yard, I need to remove all the grass and haul it away. Budget is $175 for 5 hours of work One day hopefully is all you need. Landscaping Job 2: Large Tree in Back Yard and Large Tree in Front Yard. I need estimates on completely removing and or trimming it down! Send me estimates on One tree removal and for two tree removals and for trimming. Landscaping Job 3: I need to replace the grass that was removed, with fake grass, and sand… I would like to hire someone who knows how to install fake grass turf. I will get the materials from Home Depot and you would do the install. Only half of the grass area that was removed will be turf. The other half will be sand. (Beach Theme in Back Yard) Please send me an estimate of installing the fake grass and also putting in the sand. Again I would provide the sand you just put it in. I would need estimate of you installing grass and sand.. E-Mail your rates so I can see if you fit into the budget. Painting: Outside of House/Exterior Painting Job 1: I need to complete the outside of my house, 3 walls that need to be done. It’s a two story house, I can rent what’s needed from Home Depot and provide all the paint and tools necessary. You will need to be ok with getting on a ladder because you will be painting from the bottom to the top of the two story. Painting Job 2: Also around my pool, there are some rocks that I need to completely paint, I am going for a modern look. I can send pictures so you have an idea. For The Painting Projects: I can spend $150 per day for 4/5 hours of work! Should not take longer then 2-3 days the most. Paid at the end of each work day! I will need some references as well! Looking for professionals that needs some extra work. I will not hire anyone who is on drugs etc. Sorry to be frank but I know its risky when on Craigslist.
