Job details Salary $20,000 - $100,000 a year Job Type Full-time Part-time Flexible Schedule Currently seeking Experienced REO/Property Preservation Contractors and handyman to meet and have the ability to perform the following: Including but not limited: 
Lock Changes (Initial Secures)
 Boarding of unsecured windows and openings
 Winterizations
 General Repairs
 Debris Removal of interior and exterior debris
 Lawn Care
Roof Repairs
Estimating - Reporting of necessary repairs and submit a bid for the same with photographs documenting the conditions needing repair
White Glove Cleaning' on the interior of the property Requirements:
- Reliable work Truck or SUV
- All equipment/tools necessary to complete, document, and submit work (computer, digital camera, cell phone, etc.) Before -- During -- After Photos Required
Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable and professional iMust be able to use Photo App provided by Bosco Properties LLC.
