Busy general contractor seeks individuals with building experience to help remodel various properties. Experience is important, but any individual with a good attitude and strong work ethic can succeed. We do all phases of property remodeling; from demo, to foundations to roofs, and literally everything in between. So I need people who can do a variety of different tasks, or at least capable of learning; I can keep you busy full-time if you're able to stay productive regardless of what project we happen to be working on at that point. Must work well with minimal supervision. Having your own tools is a plus, but not necessary as long as you know how to use them. Job sites vary from location to location, they tend to be within 20-30 mins of central Colorado Springs, but we have done jobs in Peyton and Pueblo, so reliable transportation to the job sites is a must. Pay starts from $15-20/hr depending on your ability to contribute to the overall job, and can go to $25+ once you learn the ropes. Job starts ASAP.
