Part-Time Caretaker

My mother lives on the westside of El Paso (the Upper Valley: near Doniphan Rd and Country Club Dr) and cares for my disabled sister. She speaks both English and Spanish. She lives in a clean, sunny, uncluttered home where she has 2 extra bedrooms and a big yard. We are looking for someone to help her care for my sister as well as help with light housekeeping. My sister is 39 years old and has a genetic disorder. She cannot speak and needs some help moving and eating. But she is sweet, cheerful, happy and loves music. The helper needs to be kind, loving, empathetic and able bodied. My mom is also very hands-on.  Things she needs help with: - Getting my sister dressed - Preparing healthy meals - Feeding and cleaning up after meals - Entertaining (she loves music and being outside) - Helping exercise (she needs to move around every two hours by taking a short walk, doing some physical therapy exercises or dancing) - Taking to the bathroom - Making sure medication is taken - Help keep the house tidy We can offer $9 cash per hour ($270 per week) for a live-out arrangement. The days and times for help are flexible. The last caretaker was amazing but moved out of state. She worked Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
