We are moving and need an EXPERIENCED painter to prepare the house for a sale. Here is quick description of the work to be done as well as a link to some pictures. Baseboards - The biggest task is likely painting the baseboards throughout most of the 1st floor. Living room+ 3 BR + 2 Bath. Trim around doors needs to be repainted as well. Some of the boards will need to be repaired with wood filler and sanded. Walls - The living room living room and entry walls to be to be repainted. A bedroom wall to be repainted. Door - One door needs to be repainted white Cabinets - Two bathroom cabinets to be repainted white.
