A Chicago- based transportation company is looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Transportation Greeter/Coordinator. This is for a 3-day event hosted in Chicago at McCormick Place from 7/10/21 to 7/12/21. A Transportation Greeter/Coordinator is responsible for managing a shuttle bus route located at a Chicago hotel to McCormick Place. Greeting event attendees, loading passengers onto buses according to bus capacity, keep buses moving back in forth from the hotels and McCormick Place to minimize lines and long wait times for event attendees. Available Dates and Shifts: July 10th Hotel 6 am – 4pm McCormick Place 7am – 4pm AM Shift 4pm – 12am PM Shift July 11th Hotel 6 am – 4pm McCormick Place 7am – 4pm AM Shift 4pm – 12am PM Shift July 12th Hotel 6 am – 2pm McCormick Place 7am – 1pm AM Shift 1pm – 630pm PM Shift Event Staff Requirements: Outstanding organizational skills. Diligence and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina and high energy levels. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under stress.
