We install fencing primarily within a 90-minute radius of our shop in New Holland. With our crew, you are part of a team with three priorities. 1. Quality Workmanship 2. This is not just a laborer job – this is a career for someone eager to learn. Our Ideal Fence Installer/Driver… · Reliable: We meet at the shop each morning at 6:30 am. As the crew driver, it’s critical that you are on time so that we are on time to the job site. Must be willing to put in overtime. · Desire to Learn: If you have an aptitude for construction and would like to learn a trade – we’re willing to teach you. But we’re also very open to considering skilled tradesman. A background in construction, landscaping or similar industry is helpful. · Safe Driver: You will be responsible for driving our truck and trailer to jobsites daily. You are entrusted with the safety of our crew, equipment, and others on the road. · Active: This position requires lifting to 80 lbs., digging, using hand tools and being on the go for most of the day. This job involves working outside. · Positive: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, optimistic, and energetic. · Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Strong people skills. · Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License, a clean driving record for the past three years and be able to pass a DOT physical.
