Silver Strike Concrete is hiring a yard laborer position. Must be able to start work at 6:00 a.m, be flexible regarding work hours, ability to work overtime, have dependable transportation and pass a pre-employment drug test. If you enjoy working outdoors, highly dependable and can handle a lot of physical work, this position could be for you. Duties Include But Not Limited To: * Shoveling material, continual sweeping around the plant and hosing down the yard * Driving Forklift, backhoe or loader to move rock into bins for the conveyor belts * Keeping reclaimed ponds clean so trucks can continue to unload their extra ready mix material * Helping mechanics fix plans when plant has issues * Moving or loading material from one location to another location (across street) * Keeping weeds at bay - light landscaping that includes weeding and raking * Emptying bins/garbage from main office or plants when full or requested For your hard work and dedication, Folsom Ready Mix offers medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, paid sick time, employee appreciations such as BBQ's and breakfasts, a supportive work environment and management team.
