Maryland's Largest and Oldest Family-Owned Solar Company is seeking an Installation Sub-Contractor and Partner. We are looking for: - An independent subcontracting team to install our solar projects. This partnership will require a team of people skilled and competent in all aspects of solar installation from electrical work to roof work and everything in between. -Roofing experience is a plus! -A clear, defined leader/foreman - Positive attitude and a passion for solar - Positivity! - Punctuality! - A desire to install nothing but quality work at all times - Doing whatever it takes to get the job done and make the customer happy - Bonuses, paid vacations, gym membership, and paid holidays are incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: commensurate with experience and based on a $/kwh basis Job Type: Full-time
