Pick up Building Permit from City office then UPS it

Hello, I am looking for someone to goto Bakersfield City Office and Pick up a Building Permit. Then UPS the Permit in UPS envelope and mail it. I will provide the UPS label, you have to print or have the UPS clerk print and attach the label. Shouldn't take more than an hour. Fixed pay $100USD. Need your DL picture via txt message. I will provide additional details over the phone/txt as to the Permit #, who to talk to at the city office. I'd like to get this done today (Thursday June 17, 2021), the permit office is open until 5PM
