LRS Realty and Management, Inc. (founded in 1988) specializes in the leasing, management and sales of single family homes, condominiums, and apartment buildings in 7 Southern California counties. We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals who have the knowledge of and ability to do maintenance work in the Kern County/Bakersfield area. Our Maintenance Technician's are responsible for performing a multitude of tasks including maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other duties, as assigned. Ideal applicants will have previous general maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, operating power tools. - Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required - Knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures - Abilities: -Clear, concise verbal and written communication - Demonstrate customer- service orientation - Strong attention to detail - Good organization and time management skills - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Must carry/lift loads of over 75 lbs Qualifications: - High School Diploma preferred - 2+ years experience in property management- preferred; but not required Position could be full time or part time.
