Volunteers for Paid MyChart Study

Researchers from UNC-Chapel Hill are looking for volunteers to help evaluate patient perceptions of MyChart usability. MyChart is a patient portal that is used by the University of North Carolina Hospital systems. Participation in this study involves an online survey to assess eligibility, a virtual interview with a Research Assistant (done via Zoom), and two brief follow-up surveys. In exchange for participation, we will send you a $15 Amazon gift card after the initial interview session and an additional $15 one month after the study. In order to be eligible for this study, participants must have a patient portal and have had a visit to a healthcare provider (either virtual or in-person) within the past year. Additionally, participants must be 18 years or older and have access to a computer with a microphone and camera.
