We are a Regional Property Preservation company that is in need of reliable and experienced Property Preservation Contractors in your area. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Property Preservation Industry. If the candidate does not have a background in P&P then they must have construction or handyman experience. Applicants must understand the requirement of completing work in accordance with HUD guidelines. The work that will be provided is time-sensitive and MUST be completed by the due date (VERY IMPORTANT). The earning potential is unlimited. Contractors will be able to earn as much as they want if they are willing to work for it. Job duties include executing all tasks listed on the work order and providing before, during, and after photos of the work that was performed. PHOTOS ARE HOW YOU GET PAID. The more you take and the more detailed you are, the higher the probability is that you will land the larger, more lucrative jobs. Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of field experience in property preservation, REO field services, construction, or rental renovation. Must have a digital camera, computer, and fast internet connection. Must able to take clear & wide-angled before, during, and after photos of work. Must be able to meet deadlines for work orders and work with a high volume of orders. *Able to pass a background check *Possess liability insurance coverage @$1,000,000 minimum *Commitment to finishing work by assigned due dates *Excellent communication via phone and email Tools: * Truck & Trailer to haul away debris from properties * Lawn equipment: i.e., mower, weed eater, blower, etc * Generator, air compressor, and winterization equipment * Smartphone/ Tablet or device that can access websites and mobile apps while on site * Digital camera and average degree of computer literacy * Helper, Team, or Crew to help with larger projects * Basic hand tools * Basic cleaning tools and supplies * Supplies purchased by the contractor include knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc...
