RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CLEANING, LIGHT DEMO and OUTDOOR CLEAN-UP JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Must have solid work ethic---which means you show up to work---positive workers rewarded -Valid drivers license---with a clean driving record---no DUIs -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs JOB DUTIES: - Cleaning/Scrubbing to make apartments ready for occupancy - Cleaning common areas, hallways and laundry rooms of apartment complexes - Lifting to remove furnishings and other items left behind by tenants - Occasional need to help with lawn care and snow removal Must be able to work with all types of people.
