Somebody found your dog sadly once again another dog found without any identification your dog is at risk for going to the pound the person could no longer keep the dog. One should not try to claim unless you're the real owner .. however if you are a rescue and you can help this person and hold on to the dog while we look for the owners that would be terrific thank you
