Global Greens LLC is a cannabis company currently operating at a cultivation facility in Kalkaska, Michigan. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products while maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment for our employees. We are currently seeking full-time laborers to assist us in general cultivation tasks. This entry-level position is full-time with health benefits available starting at a salary of $15/hr equating to $30,000 a year with additional paid time off. The Cultivation Tech schedule is 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday through Friday with Monday acting as an "on-call" day as needed. Previous cannabis experience is not required for this position. Duties: - Setup and installation of equipment to be used in production - Cleaning and sanitation of indoor grow areas - Maintenance of plants, including but not limited to: manicuring, pruning, moving plants - Adherence to clean-room practices Requirements: - Ability to lift 75 pounds or more *** - Experience in manufacturing preferred - Reliable transportation - Ability to pass a criminal background check - Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
