The Lead Installer is primarily responsible for the on-site supervision and installation of multiple exterior branding reimaging projects. Projects include (but not limited to) installation of Aluminum Composite Metal (ACM) on canopies and buildings, completion of site layout based on drawings, communication with customers and GC while on site, and provide workable options to unforeseen field conditions. Lead Installers control the time and quality of projects. They plan and coordinate all on-site aspects of the installation process. Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise on-site exterior branding reimage project • Monitor daily progress of the schedule to ensure project is completed within client’s timelines and the workmanship is up to Spinoff Construction standards • Prepare and accurately maintain project documentation and records, including logs, job reports, change order requests, correspondence, punch list, photos • Plan and prep construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules Requirements: • Commercial cladding/ ACM installation experience • Self-motivated and self-directed • Supervise 2- 10 team members • Ability to work flexible hours on occasion including evenings and weekends on a project-specific basis • Must have a valid driver’s license, and must have access to a vehicle to travel to and from job sites • Must be able to read and thoroughly understand brand manuals and structural drawings
