Central Bethany, one of Portland's fastest growing professional property management companies near the Beaverton/Hillsboro area is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This individual will have at least two years of maintenance experience to be able to work independently as needed. A driver’s license is required. Pay $20.00 - $21.00 depending on experience. This position will work/train in Bethany Village over the summer and then be placed in the Rockwood area of Gresham starting in September. Job Duties: - Completes variety of work orders and repairs as needed throughout our village in a variety of commercial properties. - Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. - Works collaboratively in a team environment or independently as needed. - Displays excellent communication including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
