Sweet One Year Old Cat Needs Rehoming

Hello! I’m looking to rehome my very sweet one year old tabby cat, she is fixed, (somewhat) litter box trained, gives kisses, and LOVES to cuddle. She needs to be the only cat in the home, but she is great with dogs. She can come with her litter box, food, and collar. She is also micro chipped and up to date on all shots for the next year. However, she is only about 75% litter box trained, she pees on plastic bags, clothes left laying around, or unsuspecting backpacks. She will need to be worked with on this, we love her and would work with her, but we cannot give her the time and dedication she needs to work through this issue.
