I am a contractor who builds several houses a year and also owns rental properties here in Albany. I am looking to add to our crew… what I am looking for: Motivated with a positive attitude Good attention to detail Ability to listen to and follow directions Must be able to communicate and read/write English Ability to get to work on time - driver’s license a plus This is a physical labor type job- need to be able to lift and carry 80 pounds Monday through Friday with a very rare weekend work(usually only emergencies) Drug free work place- pre-employment screening/randoms Type of duties/work Moving tool in and out of job site Packing materials Demo before repairs Loading demo materials/trash into trailer Interior/exterior painting Tile work Laminate flooring work Trim/cabinet installation Job site cleaning from rough cleaning to detail cleaning Maintenance of landscaping/lawn mowing Fencing Cleaning and maintenance of trucks and equipment You do not have to have experience to be considered for employment. But must be willing to come to work and try! If you are hired you will become part of a small crew with a devotion to quality who are relatively laid back but hard working.
