This is a great habitat that we used for just a few weeks with out rats, but we ended up getting something more suited to our needs. Phenomenal cage in great condition, freshly pressure washed clean for it's next residents! No rust, no chipped paint anywhere. Comes with two shelves and two ramps. Doesn't include the wheels that it was supposed to come with, not sure why but they weren't included when it was new. The corners of the tray have a little bit of nibbling on them, but otherwise plenty of life left. I can deliver in and around Portland for a reasonable fee
