We are looking for a motivated individual that enjoys working with great people and representing great products. We are looking for a Cabinetry Repair and Installation Technician in Tri-Cities, WA with the experience, understanding, and drive necessary to excel in this position. Position Summary: Our technicians perform a variety of tasks completing installation of cabinetry and architectural woodwork in new construction homes: base shoe, trim, minor cabinetry install, hardware, etc. as well as essential finish work following installation, with some trouble shooting and problem solving. Work will include but is not limited to: • Repair and touch-up of cabinetry • Adjustment of doors, drawer fronts, and doors • Installation and adjustment of cabinet hardware -- pulls and knobs, complex pantry pull outs, accessories, etc. • Full installation of small cabinet jobs as needed • Installation of moldings -- crown, base shoe, scribe, etc. • Sink cutouts • Vent box installation Position Requirements: • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision • Comply with ALL safety rules and regulations, Company and Customer policies • Have own reliable transportation, with the ability to transport tools necessary, daily • Must be 18+ years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds regularly, move arms above head, walk on unstable ground • Must be physically fit to work in a new residential construction site • Have tools or knowledge and experience safely using power and hand tools • Must be dependable, punctual and possess the ability to get along well with other trades, supervisor and customers Pacific Crest compensates employees with competitive hourly pay, good benefits and paid time off.
