WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE INDUSTRIAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS INC Salem, NH, USA Compensation $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits Offered 401K, Life, Medical, Vision, Dental Employment Type: Full-Time Duties include but are not limited to: * Responsible for shipping and receiving functions • Pick, pack and ship orders quickly and accurately • Assist with Receiving • Assist with Carrier Pickup * Utilize the inventory management system to continuously track and update merchandise inventory in the warehouse. * Verify accuracy of deliveries by cross-referencing materials received against the pick lists and order sheets provided Essential Functions: • Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment • Creates required shipping documents and insures documents are correct • Assists with a daily review of scheduled shipments and coordinates with Inventory Manager to effectively schedule order shipments • Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability • Receives and unpacks materials and supplies • Reports damages and inventory discrepancies to Inventory manager • Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations • Ensures the safety policies are followed throughout the warehouse Requirements: * Must have valid drivers license • Must be able to read, write and speak in English. • Proficiency in basic math skills required, including accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. • Comfortable and proficient with computers / technology • Easily adapt to changing work assignments • Strong attention to detail • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs • Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test. • Candidates must submit a resume for consideration. * Send Resume Experience Preferred: * Shipping and Receiving background * Wearhouse logistics About INDUSTRIAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS INC: A very successful family owned operated company doing business in New England for 40 years who values hard work and dedication and rewards its associates with an excellent compensation package Company address: 33 Northwestern Drive, Salem NH
