We got Topaz the female budgie for our male that recently flew out the door. Then we got a puppy and topaz is no longer safe here. Will someone please adopt this bird? She’s under 6 months old and wings are still shortened. There is a cage included,it’s spacious. Looking for a small rehoming fee of 30 dollars.
