Have some fun! helping me renovate a few of the unoccupied rental houses I own, working all this summer and fall, then possibly much longer on several other occupied houses I own IF your work continues to progress in a timely manner with attention to details. The job will be mostly Roofing and Framing work initially, but plenty of other general construction work will be needed as well, such as flooring install, tiling/masonry, drywall, painting, landscaping, light plumbing and light electrical, etc. General Maintenance of occupied rental properties is also needed ongoing. All houses (except one) are located in O4W, West End/Adair Park, Reynoldstown, Grant Park, etc all near I-20 inside the Beltline Corridor. Full or part-time available and flexible hours. Having your own tools and transportation is preferred but not required. Cash paid daily first week but then I-9 form will be required and weekly checks or direct deposit will begin.
