General Contractor needing crews for single family residential rehabs and turnovers/make ready's. This is a subcontractor position. Must have experience remodeling single family residential properties and be skilled in painting, general carpentry repairs, drywall, tile, light plumbing and light electrical. Looking for crews of 2-5 that have the owner or responsible party working on the crew. All of our work is in vacant properties. Projects range from small repair and painting make ready's, to full interior and exterior renovations. We pay quickly, pay for all materials and provide year round work to our top performing crews. The majority of our work is in Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, Douglas, North Fulton and Gwinnett counties. Pay is based on project size and scope. We are also always looking for the following vendors: Cleaners, Tub/Tile Refinishers, Demo/Trash out/Haul off crews, Paint only crews, Cabinets, Glass/Window Replacment, Roofing Installers, Cement Board and Vinyl Siding Installers. In addition to subs/vendors, we are also always looking to hire Punch out technicians, handyman/handywoman, maintenance techs, jack of all trades, ect... If you are skilled, have reliable transpiration (van or truck), able to work by yourself and can pass a background and drug test, we have open W2 position with benefits.
