General production that includes parts stocking, drywall cutting and application, parts prepping, machine operation, material handling and packaging. Handy people with a construction-related background, forklift experience and shipping & receiving can earn more depending on experience and skill level. Advancement opportunities are available and encouraged. Who Will be a Good Fit? Ability to repeatedly TEAM-LIFT 50lb. items including ability to lift overhead. General background of power and hand tools such as drills, grinders, chop saws and general construction tools. Ability to quickly read a tape measure. Ability to follow directions, ask appropriate questions and show a desire to learn. Work with Quality Control, Leads, and peers to ensure the highest quality and understanding of maintaining a quality product. Work under direction to make structural repairs as needed to parts. Achieve established production goals while meeting all quality expectations. Willing to receive on-going training to improve processes for greater productivity. Help create and maintain a positive, respectful, and productive team, workspace, and the company overall. Flexibility to work overtime to meet production schedules. Willingness to cross-train and assist in various areas and job functions. Stand, walk, bend, and team-lift for 8 to 10 hours per shift If you have a background in General Labor working in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse production. a solution-oriented collaborative approach to your work, then we would love to hear from you.
