Hello I have a home Remodeling business. What I want to do is cut out the client and start buying and flipping the houses myself. My problem is I don’t have the capital or the credit to start doing that yet. If I could team up with someone with either the capital or credit I would be willing to discuss a full break down of my plan and how you would make your money. This would be something for you that you could just sit back and collect money while we do all the work. Successfully done and depending on how we went about it you could make anywhere from $20k to $80 a house and we want to be doing at least 3 houses at a time.
