Found black white cat with a white stripe down the nose

One must never assume that the owner did this. Somebody placed a cat in a plastic zipper around carrier and left at 7th Avenue and Bell at a Circle K they wrote lost then they wrote free cats. If this is your cat please contact me and I will put you in touch with the finder. Also I don't need a bunch of emails telling me what to do. All I'm doing is making sure this cat wasn't stolen from its neighborhood and relocated
