Need any work done around the house?

Anybody that might have any kind of house cleaning or light maintenance work around the house that could use an extra set of hands. I'm pretty capable on light maintenance electrical, plumbing, yard work, house cleaning and anything in between. Take direction well respectful a take control kind of person don't need to be babysitted if you ask me to do something and I can do it'll get done and if I can't I'll let you know immediately. Weaknesses would be AC I know nothing about them except for maybe cleaning and changing the filter. Any older seniors that are having trouble getting the day-to-day cleaning done around the that could use someone I'm your man. I have own transportation and tools even pressure cleaning and painting I don't have a commercial pressure cleaner I have one of them a little electrical ones but good for small jobs.
