Hey what's up, my name is Mike. I'm a guitarist and singer-songwriter and I would like to join your band. I know there are bands out there that are tribute bands, or cover bands, or jam bands, that are looking for something more. These are the types of bands I'm looking for. I'm an artist and I have 11 songs with more in the making. INYIML is kind of a rock ballad, I may re-record it to be more sonically cohesive. More about me: I'm 27, and I don't mind if you are older, as long as you've got SKILL. Younger is cool too, but 21+ is preferred (if you are younger than this pleased don't be discouraged! We need all the talent we can get! I just don't want any friction at gigs where they serve alcohol). ___________________________________________________________________________ Story: I started a band (Ever Aeolian) right before COVID hit and kind of lost everyone in the past year because of COVID. Our drummer is moving to Austin (He got accepted to UT. Hook em horns!), and our bassist joined two other bands and doesn't have any time for Ever Aeolian anymore. Gah. That, and we lost our practice space. My dad used to rent a studio that he let us practice in. When COVID hit he lost his job, as well as the studio. We can MAYBE practice at my house, but I live with roommates. I'd only ask them as a last resort. ___________________________________________________________________________ If you're not a part of a band but you are talented and you were just looking, maybe we can still connect.
