In Desperate need of some Legal Help ASAP

I'm not sure where to start. My 25 y/o son was in a serious motorcycle accident on May 6th and he passed away on May 10th due to the injuries sustained from the accident. Since the day of the accident things have been handled all wrong. Starting with the first responders moving things at the scene. We are convinced someone hit him but no one knows and we aren't getting any believable answers and I need a lawyer to help me figure out who I need to hold accountable for all the careless mistakes causing it to be almost impossible for my family to get any real closure. I have no money my husband and I live off his social security only. Please if anyone out there could give me some help I would be forever grateful. My heart is so broken and the carelessness all the way around has caused us more pain and suffering than we should have to endure.
