Left Coast Brewing Company is looking for a Brewer and Cellarman/Packaging Technician! A positive attitude, hunger to learn, a hard worker and great team player is what we are looking for in both positions. Growth potential with in the company is always a possibility with well performing employees. Commercial Brewing experience is required for the brewer position. The Cellarman position does not need experience but is always a positive. We work M-F 8 hours a day Brewer tasks include, but will not be limited to: All aspects of brewing including milling in, cleaning, dry hopping, filtering, performing forced diacetyl tests, cleaning fermenters & bright tanks. This position is not only for brewing as we all help in all positions. That means there will be days that packaging beer is required. Cleaning kegs as well. At Left Coast it is very much so a team atmosphere. It needs to be this way with how busy of a brewery we are. Cellarman Tasks include, but will not be limited to: washing kegs, labeling bottles, bottling, canning, kegging, cleaning tanks, dry hopping and any other necessary brewery tasks. Forklift License! ++ Not required Applicants with a perfect driving record are a plus Candidate must be capable of lifting 50 pounds Ability to follow specific instructions is key to these positions!
