Underline Energy is currently hiring Solar Installer I position 0-2 years experience Pay $16-$20 (D.O.E.) Duties: Install solar systems, panels and support structures & following company guidelines Assemble and install solar systems, including roof and/or ground mounts, following the design layout Visually inspect and test system upon completion Pay close attention to details and maintain quality at all times Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner Complete safety/installation training as needed Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety rules/regulations Qualifications: Must be able to lift and transport solar equipment (roughly 50-70lbs) Must have at least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience Roofing and/or solar experience preferred Must be comfortable working on rooftops and physically able to work in extreme environments Must look professional and be respectful Must have valid DL and clean driving record Must have personal hand tools
