Lead Technician: We are looking for a dependable person to lead a power wash crew (Steam Cleaning / Pressure Wash) Retail Shopping Center’s sidewalks and trash enclosures at night. Jobs pay $25 - $30 per hour. - Full time employment. - You will be a W-2 employee. Areas of service: Inland Empire & Orange County Power Wash Job description: - Clean all common area sidewalks (including spills and gum). - Squeegee off any water splatters on store front windows. - Clean trash enclosures, floors, walls and doors. This is physical work. - All work is at night - Monday thru Friday. Typical nights work: - You will arrive at the office at 9:00 PM or so, - Pick up the truck and power wash rig, - Drive to the first retail center, - Power wash all the sidewalks and trash enclosures, - Drive to the next retail center, - Power wash the sidewalks and trash enclosures, - Drive back to the office, - Place the truck and PW rig in the warehouse, - Go home and get some rest.
