Winsor Fireform is a custom manufacturing shop with world-wide clientele seeking reliable, creative, energetic workers. (please see: www.winsorfireform.com) Skills for the job: Metal preparation and finishing. Experience applying coatings in a commercial spray booth, and/or screen-printing, strongly preferred. Woodworking/crating skills a plus. Keeping track of job materials and measuring for accuracy. Ability to organize and keep improving work area with little supervision. Other tasks include the ability to use tools and math skills needed to measure components for mixing materials. Attention to detail is a must. -High school graduate -Accurate with measuring tape -Be able to lift 50 lbs. -Positive Attitude -Non-Smoker -Able to work in a fast paced environment -Likes to problem solve -Can communicate well in challenging situations. -Professional -Willing to always help others and work as a team to accomplish large projects. -Work hour M-F 7-3:30pm with possible overtime during large jobs as needed.
