Lab mix in need of new home.

This handsome fellow is Sherman. He is one and a half years old, 83 pounds, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. We have had him for three weeks in which time we have discovered that he is not compatible with our cats or our pet pig. He is however a very very sweet dog who will make the right people very happy. He can be mouthy in a playful way and is just too big and playful for small people, so older kids maybe 10 and up would be best. He needs plenty of consistent exercise to be at his best. He is good on a leash and doesn't pull much. He has proven to be a very smart and trainable dog, he just needs someone to work with him. He has been a pleasure to have around, travels well in the car, settles nicely in the house, doesn't chew, almost never barks, doesn't chase the kids on their bikes or scooters, he sticks around doesn't run off, he does good with other dogs so far however I haven't done the dog park with him because I feel it would be too much for him. He needs a minute to warm up to other dogs. We love him so much already that this is going to hard for us. Home visit required before he goes anywhere.
