Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirement: include the following, but not limited to: • Tack on the anti-splitting device using a hammer. • Work safely in an industrial environment. • Follow OSHA safety guidelines. • Be able to work outdoors year-round. • Keep workspace clean. • Communicate clearly with others. • Self-starter and self-motivated individual that requires minimal supervision. • Exhibit teamwork and act with empathy and focus while resolving problems. • Must be able to work with your hands all day, holding and using tools. • Needs to wear provide own safety footwear. • Willing to Cross Train in other departments. • Be comfortable around heavy machinery.
