Growing fulfillment/Logistic center looking for a Customer Shipping Manager with an extensive experience in high-volume warehouse operations, including shipping multiple accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate, plan, and works collaboratively with other departments to manage shipping needs - Work in tandem with Warehouse Manager to support, plan coordinate shipments for job orders in order to meet external and internal customer commitments - Effectively communicates with the team to provide direction and instructions in a clear concise manner - Identifies issues and demonstrate problem-solving that may impact, affect productivity and overall service - Computer skills - Ability to work with Excel, cloud based ERP and various shipping platforms - Work well under pressure in a high-volume environment Qualifications: - Extensive experience in high volume warehouse shipping - Team-player - Ability to be flexible, can easily reprioritize and shift priorities based on immediate needs - Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with speed and accuracy - Prior experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or related company required - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication and organization skills and strong attention to detail - Fast learner - ability to learn various computer systems Physical Requirements: - Regularly lift and move an object that weighs 10-50lbs. - Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull. - Must be able to work in hot and cold working environments. - Regularly required to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach, and/or carry.
