JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This management role with GM Delivery Services is for a working manager. This job takes hard work and dedication. As the manager you will have many responsibilities and opportunities! Some of the duties are, picking up and delivering luggage, scheduling drivers, ensuring our sweep times with each airline are met, updating our delivery system with proper information, ensuring our customers (airline/passengers) are satisfied with our service.
If you enjoy working in a busy, sometimes chaotic environment, then this position might be for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Excellent leader
*Top notch communication skills
*Coordinate with airlines/drivers/passengers
*Meet with airline managers/agents assist in making decisions
*Carry business phone 24/7 - answer all calls and text messages professionally and kindly!
*Create Drivers schedules
*Drive/deliver
*Hiring/Badging
*Maintain and clean the delivery vans
*Handle any customer complaints
REQUIRED
*Clean driving record
*Obtain an airport badge
*Strong multi-tasker
*Attention to detail
*Strong communication skills
*Computer/Smart phone savvy
*Can do/How can I help attitude
*Reliable, punctual attendance is essential
PREFERRED
*Past management experience
*Airline experience
All drivers are expected to wear a mask when outside of the delivery van! Wash and sanitize hands frequently!
