Capability to complete physical work in outdoor weather conditions (i.e. rain, cooler morning temperatures and summer afternoon temperatures). 2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. 3. Knowledge and willingness to learn, use of tools and equipment/supplies.
