Join us for the first 2021 "Rock the Yard" acoustic house concert with Tim Warren and Eric Donnelly of The Alternate Routes. We've seen the band perform several times over the years and they are truly one of our favorites. We instantly fell in love with them at the very first show and know that you will too. Tim and Eric are the nucleus of the band and their songwriting and musicianship are truly inspirational. They are amazing people and we are very grateful to them for sharing their incredible talents with all of us. The following is a witty (?) intro written by Gerry to provide you with a listing of some of our favorite songs by The Alternate Routes using their lyrics. My sincere apologies to the band. The Alternate Routes are the band that helped us to remember “we are how we treat each other, and Nothing More", but for this show we're "just trying to keep things light Tonight tonight tonight" because we've "seen the future, and The Future's Nothing New". The past 15 months have been both tragic and surreal but "low as I may fall, weak as I may be, you remind me, I am Stronger than I know" and "If I Ever get out of this I'm gonna be better cuz I'm gonna be grateful" because live music will always be my Safe Haven. "It's easier to say, but harder to believe " that "you've got me, and I've got you, nothing ever rang so true, Nothing Lost is ours to lose". This is an outdoor event with plenty of seating. We do have a high capacity indoor backup venue in the event of inclement weather.  We will be serving various treats and non-alcoholic beverages.
