Our Overnight Dispatch/Office Manager communicates with our shuttle bus drivers via radio and check parking customers in and out of our lot. The Overnight Manager will also handle incoming calls for customer pickups in a friendly and professional manner. You will manage the movement of our buses at Logan International Airport Responsibilities include assisting customers, oversee of our automated checkout systems and processing payments. We are seeking English speaking people with excellent customer service skills. No Driving required with this position. VALID MASSACHUSETTS STATE DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED Hours are 11pm - 7am *schedules require working some weekends and some holidays. Part Time and Full Time work available. · You must have a positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills in English. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Basic computer skills. · Must have a valid Massachusetts State driver’s license.
