Join us for another mezcal talk and sampling of the latest expressions from Casta Tribal Mezcal We are hosting a mezcal talk with Bernardo Gonzalez, the master distiller behind the Casta Tribal Ensambles line. With the fast growth of the mezcal industry, finding ways to protect the supply and biodiversity of the raw material is becoming increasingly important. That is why the team behind Casta Tribal decided to produce mostly Ensambles (blends) featuring their favorite wild agaves: Tobala, Tepeztate, Cuishe and Madre Cuishe. Their mezcales are blends of harvested and wild agaves, decreasing the pressure on the rare and sometimes endangered species. During this talk, you will sample their different expressions. Some light appetizers will also be served!
