Apartment Maintenance & Grounds Positions ☀ Grounds Keeper/Porters can expect to earn $14/hr - $16/hr. This entry-level position is a fantastic way to moving-up through apartment maintenance ranks! Maintain apartment community's grounds, assist maintenance team and address common areas via janitorial and lawn care tasks. 🔨 Make Ready Technicians can expect to earn $16/hr - $18/hr. If you have good remodeling experience, this is a great way to utilize your skills while being a part of a stable and consistent industry! The Make Ready Technician ensures that vacant units meet the established quality standards for re-leasing by performing technical and mechanical work. 🔧 Maintenance Technicians can expect to earn $17/hr - $19/hr. HVAC and pool certification (CPL) a HUGE plus! They are responsible for emergency/unscheduled repairs to apartment homes and community property during business and off-hours. Maintenance Technicians also perform routine/scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. All positions require candidate to have reliable transportation. Maintenance and Make Ready Technicians will be required to have their own tools.
