Need lights changed, ceiling fan assembled, fence mended, have three replacement windows here that fit that need installed, a storm door, need five interior doors, two vinyl deck gate kits assembled, some very easy to lay flooring. A small one story home on the beach. You will work with a breath taking view for sure lol.
You can work as little as a day a week, even a day on a weekend here or there, if you have very little free time. If all goes well we can work nicely together for several months. Im flexible because this is for my own home.
