I play bass and tuba (sousaphone) and I’m looking for a fun band that plays fun music… or at least a fun drummer. If I can partner with the right (read: good) drummer, I can fill in the rest. Open to anything: covers, trad jazz, contemporty NOLA brass band stuff (Hot 8, Rebirth, Stooges, Soul Rebels, Young Blood, etc), genre-bending jazz (Sons of Kermet), Rock, Funk, Soul, Hip-Hop. Whatever… just want to make some asses shake, ya know? Ideal situation is in north Brooklyn, but whatever. Let’s get weird.
